First Ukrainian Energy-Balanced Community". Call for local municipalities of UkraineAgency "CONCEPT” invites not indifferent, able to implement innovative ideas Ukrainian communities to participate in the contest for the implementation of the pilot project "First Energy-Balanced community of Ukraine”.
The purpose of the contest - to determine the Ukrainian community, interested and able to implement large-scale innovative project on principals of decentralized energy system of the territory (with European expert team advisory support and technical assistance of EU community); The community that is not indifferent to issues of energy and resource effectiveness, environmental protection and management of climate change.
Proposal for project participation consists of a properly completed Application form and required appendixes listed at the end of the form filed in Ukrainian, Russian or English.

Application forms (with annexes) should be submitted till 17:00 May 1, 2010 in one of the ways listed below:
The availability of electronic version of the completed Application form and appendixes is the MUST.
Expert Commission shall evaluate Application forms by 3 main groups of indicators:
It is unlikely that an Application form of a community with a population more than 50 thousand people will be selected. Unfortunately, the project has severe restrictions on the implementation period, which makes it almost impossible to be implemented in a large territorial community.
Final decision is taken after summarizing the expert assessments of the Application forms, which will be issued by relevant protocol.
