AGENCY PRESIDENT

Oleg Boyko-Boychuk, Ph.D. - holds PhD in Technical siencies; a specialist with 20 years of experience in local governance, local economic development and regional policy. Some of the career highlights include working as a Deputy Mayor of Nikolaev on local development, heading a municipal development research organization, providing expertise on regional policy and strategic planning to various international organizations, consulting the Presidential Secretariat of Ukraine, various ministries and departments, as well deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, director of the department of municipal services reforms in the Ministry in issues of municipal economy of Ukraine. 

Since 1995 participated in more than 40 projects related to the problems of municipal and regional policy. Is an co-author of 9 monographs, authour of 2 monographs and more than 70 articles on the theory and practice of state and local governance, development and strategic planning, as well as regional development and tourism. In last 7 years concentrates his scientific interests in the issues of general aspects of management, conceptual design of organizations, public policy and urban development in Ukraine. 

Since 2003 positions himself as an independent expert on the market of consulting services in Ukraine. 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Olga Rudenko – holds Master’s degree in Informational technology from Kyiv Mohyla Academy and has a long and extensive working experience both with business structures, and the third sector. Last obtained position was Deputy Director for the Association of Water Treatment Enterprises of the Ukraine.

Graduate of several international educational and training programs. The latest training course she was invited to participate in, the "Wind energy”, was held in 2009-2010 under the program of the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) and included working trips to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, China, and India.

Olga authored a number of research studies, and participated in many third sector projects as an analyst and expert in the spheres related to her academic experience and background.

Has been working many years in business structures and the third sector  obtaining top management positions in issues of  foreign trade and management of international relations.
Directly worked in long-term international projects abroad, the last countries of experience were India and Germany.

He is a certified translator of German, graduate of the London School of English. Kostiyantyn participated in international educational programs, the latest training courses completed in the North Institute of Rostock (Germany).

Area of responsibility in the Agency "Concept" - coordinator of international projects.


Project Manager

Irina Lebedeva - graduate of the Institute for Energy Saving and Energy Kiev Polytechnic Institute.

She has got an experience as an expert of the Center Energy Efficiency Association of Water and Wastewater Ukraine in issues of energy savings.

She took part in drafting the project "First Energy Balanced Community of Ukraine," participated in other projects on energy efficiency, environmental protection, etc.

Area of responsibility in the Agency "Concept" - a project manager, participates in projects of the Agency on matters within its competence.
